- Please enclose original receipt & return your package to: Button Up Boutique, 330 Palladio Parkway, #2017, Folsom, CA 95630.
- Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
- Damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving merchandise or it cannot be returned.
- Online returns must be received within 14 days from the delivery date in order to receive a full refund back to the original form of payment.
- Online returns that are received 15 – 21 days from the delivery date will receive store credit only.
- No online returns/exchanges will be accepted after 21 days.
- Items must be unworn, with tags attached.
- Items that appear to be worn, have stains, pet hairs or have odor (cigarette smoke, deodorant marks, etc.) will not be accepted.
- Please do not alter shoeboxes, box must be in resalable condition. Shoeboxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items.
- All online returns are processed within 2-3 business days. Refunds often take anywhere from 5-7 business days to show up in your account.
- Returns from an online purchases will be accepted in our FOLSOM store location only. Our online policy is different to our in-store policy & no exceptions can be made. In-store purchases can be returned for exchange or store credit only.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.
- All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Defective or flawed items:
- Occasionally, you may find a damage or flaw in an item. If so, please take a photo of the damage/flaw and text us immediately at (916) 467-6478.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care of handling, or incorrect sizing.
- Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
- At this time our online system does not allow store bought gift card redemption. We issue credit card refunds for online purchases only, in-store purchases are store credit or exchange only within 10 days.
- Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered may have become out of stock and no longer available. In the event that happens you will receive a full refund along with a refund notification.
