How long does it take for orders to be processed?
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
I placed an order, when will I receive it?
We aim to ship out orders within 2 business days, but delivery times will vary based on location.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, shipping charges will be calculated based on location.
How will my order be shipped?
We use UPS for domestic shipping & USPS for international.
What can I do if I received an incorrect item?
Please see returns policy for address details. Items can be returned & a full refund + shipping will be refunded back to the card.
Can e-gift cards be used in-store too?
We currently use two different systems for retail locations & online, therefore e-gift cards can only be redeemed online.
Do you have a size guide?
We don’t have a standard sizing guide as we carry lots of different brands.
When do you restock?
We don’t always restock as we carry small size runs of inventory to keep pieces more exclusive. We do however add new merchandise to our website daily.
How do I care for my item?
Each piece will have specific care instructions included on the tag.
